(“Company”), we place the utmost importance on safeguarding the security of the personal data you provide to us through our website, any forms you fill out, or other methods of communication. In this context, we handle and store personal data of all individuals associated with the Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, in compliance with the Turkish Constitution, international agreements Turkey is a party to, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

In full awareness of our responsibility, we act as the “Data Controller” as defined in the Personal Data Protection Law. Personal data is handled in compliance with the principles outlined in the Personal Data Protection Law, and under the conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Data is collected, processed, and updated as necessary during your interactions with the Company, whether via our offices, affiliated companies, partners (such as Inkol, Decons, and other Temcon Group companies), website, social media platforms, mobile applications, or similar channels. The data is processed for specified and legitimate purposes, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.

Additionally, when you visit our website or participate in events, training, or seminars organized by the Company, your personal data may be processed within the scope of the stated purposes.

The legal basis for processing your data aligns with Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law, allowing for the collection and use of personal data for the development of services and execution of commercial activities.

Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to:

  • Business partners, suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, and employees of the Company;
  • Relevant public institutions and authorities, legal advisors, subcontractors, or service providers;
  • Domestic and international third parties in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

The purpose of this transfer includes ensuring legal and commercial security, customizing services based on your preferences, and executing human resources policies.

Protection of Children’s Privacy

Our Company prioritizes the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16 (or 13, where permitted by applicable laws) without parental or guardian consent. Should we determine that personal data from individuals below this age has been collected without consent, we will cease processing it. Guardians can contact us to review, update, or delete their child’s data.

Data Security Measures

The security of your personal data is a critical priority for us. We implement necessary administrative and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of data. Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your data is processed and obtain related information;
  • Understand the purpose of processing and ensure its appropriate use;
  • Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and notify third parties of such updates;
  • Request deletion or destruction of data when the legal grounds for its processing no longer exist and notify third parties of such action;
  • Object to adverse outcomes resulting from the exclusive processing of data through automated systems;
  • Claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can submit your requests regarding the above rights in writing or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. For now, written applications are required.

To exercise your rights, you may:

  1. Fill out the General Application Form.
  2. Send the signed form along with supporting documents verifying your identity to info@temcon.com.tr.
  3. Alternatively, you can submit your request using other methods permitted under the Personal Data Protection Law.
