This privacy notice has been prepared by Temcon Makina İmalat San. ve Tic. A.Ş., located at İTOB Organized Industrial Zone, 10023 No: 7, Tekeli/Menderes/İzmir, in its capacity as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

- To request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the Law,
- To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to any unfavorable results arising from the analysis of your personal data solely through automated systems,
- To demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
