Privacy Notice For The Website

This privacy notice has been prepared by Temcon Makina İmalat San. ve Tic. A.Ş., located at İTOB Organized Industrial Zone, 10023 No: 7, Tekeli/Menderes/İzmir, in its capacity as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Processed Personal Data and Purpose

The personal data of visitors to Temcon Makina İmalat San. ve Tic. A.Ş.’s website, including identity information (name and surname) and contact information (phone number, email address), are processed for the following purposes:

This data transfer is conducted in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with these purposes,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the Law,
  • To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to any unfavorable results arising from the analysis of your personal data solely through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
